Gauge: 26 sts/28 rows – 4 mm needles
Needles: 40 cm – 3 mm, 3,5 mm, and 4 mm; 80 cm – 3,5 mm и 4 mm

BACK:
Using 3.5 mm needles – cast on Italian style 99 sts and knit 1×1 ribbing for 20 rows and in row 20th (wrong side) increase evenly 12 sts = 111 sts. Set the row counter to zero.
Change to 4 mm needles and work Chart 1 starting and finishing with a selvage sts (not included in the Chart). Work the chart straight for 136 rows. To form the slanted shoulder start making short rows as follows:
Row 137: Work the row until 11 sts left, wrap and turn
Row 138: Work the row until 11 sts left, wrap and turn
Repeat these two rows two more times, each time skipping 11 stitches as shown in the picture.
Row 139: to form the neck – cast off the central 15 sts
LEFT SHOULDER:
Row 141: cast off 8 sts at the beginning of the row and work the whole row including the wrapped sts
Row 143: cast off 7 at the beginning of the row and leave the rest sts on a stitch holder
RIGHT SHOULDER:
Row 138: attach the yarn and work the row not knitting the 11 sts after the wrapped stitch
Row 140: cast off the 8 sts at the beginning of the row and work the whole row including the wrapped sts
Rpw: cast off 7 at the beginning of the row and leave the rest sts on a stitch holder
FRONT:
Worked as the back to row 120th included.
Row 121: cast off the central 23 sts. Work the two shoulders separately according to the picture of the Front and start the short rows from row 137th for the right shoulder and row 138th for the left shoulder.
RIGHT SHOULDER:
Row 123: cast of the first 5 sts
Row 125: cast off the first 3 sts
Row 127: cast off 1 st
Row 129: cast off 1 st
Row 131: cast off 1 st
Work to row 142 included. Leave the rest of the sts on a stitch holder.
LEFT SHOULDER:
Row 122: attach the yarn on the wrong side and work the whole row
Row 124: cast off the first 5 sts
Row 126: cast off the first 3 sts
Row 128: cast off the first 1 st
Row 130: cast off the first 1 st
Row 132: cast off the first 1 st
Work to row 142 included. Leave the rest of the sts on a stitch holder.
Join the shoulders with Kitchener’s stitch.
NECK BAND:
Using 40 cm -3.5 mm needles pick up sts starting from the left shoulder on the right side: 61 sts on the front and 45 sts on the back – total 106 sts. Put a marker and join the work in a circle. Work 1×1 ribbing for 10 rows. Change to 3 mm needles and work the ribbing for 4 rows. Change again to 3.5 mm needles and work 10 more rows. Cast off. Fold the band and sew it on the wrong side to stand as a double neckband.
SLEEVES:
Using 3.5 mm needles cast on 67 sts Italian style and work 1×1 ribbing for 20 rows and increasing evenly 8 sts at row 20th = 75 sts.
Set the row counter to zero and change to 4 mm needles. Work the Chart 1.
To form the sleeve width increase one stitch at the beginning and the end of rows: 5, 25, 45, 65, 85
Work straight to row 124th included.
Row 125: cast off the first 9 sts
Row 126: cast off the first 9 sts
Row 127: cast off the first 11 sts
Row 128: cast off the first 11 sts
Row 129: cast off the first 11 sts
Row 130: cast off the first 11 sts
Row 131: cast off the rest 23 sts
Attach the sleeves
Wash the blouse by hand and let it dry flat.
