Reset the row counter to zero and change to 4 mm needles. Work the lace pattern straight for 100 rows.

To form the sleeve cap cast off 3 sts at the beginning of the next 4 rows.

Then continue decreasing 2 sts at the beginning of each row until 24 sts are left.

Cast off 3 sts at the beginning of the next 4 rows. Cast off the rest of 12 sts.

Neckband

Sew shoulder seams. Using a crochet hook and starting from the left shoulder pick up 54 sts on the left front, 1 st at the center of the V shape and place a marker on this st, pick up 54 sts on the right front and 46 sts on the back – total 155 sts. Using 3.5 mm needles work 1х1 ribbing in the round and form the V-shape with the marked sts in each row as follows:

Take the stitch that is before the central one and the central one together as if to knit together. Place them on the right needle. Knit the next st and place the sts from the right needle over the st that is already knit.  Thus, the central stitch always stays central. Make 2,5-3 cm of ribbing.
